Capture the Memories - Summer Photo Contest Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    • Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
    • One entry per person.
  2. Entry Period
    • Opens on 20th December 2024 and closes at 11:59 PM on 31st January 2025 (AEST).
  3. How to Enter
    • Submit a photo or video taken at any Park Lane Holiday Park during the contest period.
    • Entries must include your full name, email, and contact details.
  4. Consent and Usage
    • By entering, participants agree to:
      • a. Sign up to Park Lane Holiday Parks' marketing communications.
      • b. Allow submitted photos/videos to be used for marketing, including social media, email campaigns, and other promotions.
    • No additional compensation will be provided for content usage.
  5. Winner Selection & Prize
    • Winners will be randomly drawn on 3rd February 2025 and notified by email.
    • Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  6. General Conditions
    • Entries must be original and owned by the participant.
    • Inappropriate or non-compliant entries will be disqualified.
    • Park Lane Holiday Parks reserves the right to amend or cancel the contest.

All Park Lane Holiday Parks plan and host childrens activities throughout school holidays to keep the kiddos active and engaged. Keep an eye on each parks Facebook page close to the holidays periods for when we release activity calendars.
